Highlights ■ A relationship exists between the use of AngioJet and the development of acute kidney injury. ■ Independent factors associated with the development of acute kidney injury include hemoglobin level <10mg/dL in the immediate postoperative period, a 2-point decrease in hemoglobin immediately after surgery, history of previous major surgery, and glomerular filtration rate <60mL/min/ 1.73m² in the first postoperative day. Consensus on the investigation of thrombophilia in women and clinical management

ABSTRACT Objective To standardize the investigation and clinical management of women with laboratory and/or clinical abnormalities suggestive of thrombophilia, in order to optimize antithrombotic approach and indication of laboratory tests.
