Our journal follows the International Committee of Medical Journals Editors (ICMJE) authorship criteria.

ICMJE recommendations consider that authorship must be based on: a) conception, planning, analysis or interpretation of data, b) drafting the article or critical reviews of its intellectual content, c) responsibility for final version to be published, d) agreement that one of authors are responsible for all aspects of the work by ensuring that questions related to the accuracy or integrity of any part of the work are appropriately investigated and stated.

Any other contribution that does not meet the above criteria must be stated as an acknowledgement.

To include or exclude an author, change an author’s name during the reviewing process must be authorized by the editor along with a letter signed by all authors to show that they agree with the change.
