Highlights ■ A total of 32.23% of patients with aneurysms had abdominal or hiatal hernias. ■ Hiatal hernia was the most frequent associated finding. ■ Highest frequencies occurred in hepatic and celiac aneurysms. ■ Findings support future prospective studies.
