ABSTRACT Agents that inhibit programmed cell death (IPD-1) in T lymphocytes are indicated for patients with advanced cancer. However, some individuals may develop endocrinological conditions, such as diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, and lipodystrophy, after treatment.
