ABSTRACT Harlequin syndrome is a rare condition characterized by facial dysautonomia with anhidrosis, hemifacial blush, and other nonfacial manifestations without conventional treatment. This report presents a case study of the potential treatment of Harlequin syndrome using laser therapy.
