This issue aims to highlight and critically reflect on the most significant scientific and clinical developments in HCT over the past decade.<\/p>\n<p>In the last decade, the field has undergone a remarkable transformation, driven by innovations in conditioning regimens, graft-versus-host disease prophylaxis, cellular therapies, donor availability, and supportive care strategies. These advances have redefined patient eligibility, improved outcomes, and expanded the boundaries of what is possible in transplantation.<\/p>\n<p>We welcome contributions from clinicians, researchers, and multidisciplinary teams engaged in transplantation medicine, immunology, hematology, infectious diseases, nursing, and allied fields. Both experimental and clinical work is encouraged, as are critical reviews and perspectives that synthesize and contextualize recent progress.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Themes and Topics<\/strong><br \/>\nSubmissions may address (but are not limited to) the following areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Innovations in conditioning regimens and reduced-toxicity approaches<\/li>\n<li>Advances in GVHD prophylaxis and treatment, including post-transplant cyclophosphamide, biologics, and cell-based therapies<\/li>\n<li>Donor selection and alternative donor platforms: haploidentical and mismatched unrelated donors<\/li>\n<li>Immune reconstitution and infection prevention strategies<\/li>\n<li>Long-term survivorship, late effects, and quality of life<\/li>\n<li>Novel cellular and gene therapies integrated with transplantation<\/li>\n<li>Outcomes research, real-world evidence, and disparities in access to HCT<\/li>\n<li>Pediatric <em>versus<\/em> adult transplant considerations<\/li>\n<li>Ethical challenges and emerging clinical dilemmas in transplantation<\/li>\n<li>The impact of precision medicine, biomarkers, and artificial intelligence on HCT decision-making<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Submission Guidelines<\/strong><br \/>\nArticle Types:\u00a0We invite <strong>Original Articles, Special Articles, and Brief <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Communications<\/strong>\u00a0that critically explore the state of the art in HSCT.
